Description
Expect a full body workout in a mixed level Pilates class. The focus of our sessions is building strength and endurance through the core, legs, glutes and shoulders, not forgetting the deep stabilising muscles to assist posture. Pilates is a low impact form of exercise so don’t expect to work up a sweat, precision and control are what we’re working towards.
