Description
Growing a new human takes some real strength both emotionally and physically. Pregnancy Pilates focuses on building strength in the right muscles so that your body feels supported and stable throughout your whole pregnancy.
This four week course will focus on the pelvic floor, deep core muscles, good posture as well as glute and shoulder strength – preparing your body for the demands of pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
Thanks to small class sizes, mums-to-be can connect with each other in a calm and welcoming space led by Holly, a Level 3 qualified Pilates instructor, with specialist training in working with both pre and post natal clients.
